Manager Keith is a quintessential case study in how to run an establishment right. 02 clarify right off the bat, I do not know him personally and this was my first time meeting him. My order was missing an item and had no sauce in the bag after I got home. I called and returned. Keith not only made me a new order but also a full bottle of sauce. On top of that, his demeanor attitude, and overall approach to the situation was, through everything I've learned working in customer service, the food industry and starting businesses, textbook in how to maintain a return customer base and quite frankly, just simply being a good person in a world where everything has become transactional impersonal and sterile. Thank you very much Keith! Not only will I be back, I will make sure others come for the first time.
